Remark:

1.5A05 aluminum tube is Al-Mg antirust type aluminum alloy, which cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. The alloy has a higher magnesium content and a lower strength similar to that of 5A03 aluminum tubes. Cold deformation can increase strength but decrease plasticity. The plasticity of annealed state is higher, the plasticity of semi-cold hardening state is acceptable. The alloy has good corrosion resistance and good weldability. It is suitable for spot welding, atomic hydrogen welding, gas welding and argon arc welding. Its machinability, annealing state is very poor, half cold hardening state is good.

2.5A05 aluminum tubes are commonly used in the manufacture of welded pipes, welded fuel tanks and other liquid containers, and other parts that require high plasticity, good corrosion resistance and moderate load resistance. The wire is used for welding rods and rivets, which need to be anodized
