Remark:

1.The corrosion resistance of the alloy is the best. Strength decreases with the purity of aluminum.

2.1070 Industrial pure aluminum can not be strengthened by heat treatment, but can be enhanced by cold deformation. The only form of heat treatment is annealing.

3.Heat treatment regime:
A. Complete annealing: heating 390 ~ 430℃; Depending on the effective thickness of the material, the holding time is 30 ~ 120min; At the speed of 30 ~ 50℃/h with the furnace cooling
At 300℃, it's air-cooled
B. Rapid annealing: heating 350 ~ 370℃; Depending on the effective thickness of the material, the holding time is 30 ~ 120min; Air or water cooling
C. Quenching and aging: quenching 500 ~ 510℃, air cooling; Artificial aging 95 ~ 105℃,3h, air cooling; Natural aging at room temperature 120h.
