Product Description:
Galvanized sheet is a thin steel sheet with Q235 as the base
material immersed in a molten zinc tank to adhere a layer of zinc
on the surface. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing
process.
The continuous galvanizing process involves coiling the steel plate
and immersing it in a galvanizing bath with molten zinc in order to
obtain galvanized steel plate. It is then cut by a flattening
machine and shearing machine.
Galvanized steel is steel that has been treated with a chemical
process to prevent rust and corrosion. During this process, layers
of zinc oxide are applied to the surface of the steel for
protection; this coating also gives the steel a more durable and
attractive finish.
Galvanized steel is suited for many outdoor, marine and industrial
applications. It is an essential component in fabrication.
